Classically for Valentine's Day, we offer an unforgettable menu with gentle taste explosions.
Restaurant Maître Martin Nowotny and kitchen director Jürgen Lengauer invite you to an exclusive 4-course dinner menu of a special kind at the 1870 - Restaurant Terrace Lounge, which can optionally be rounded off with a sparkling champagne accompaniment.
Enjoy the sparkling rarities, be it "Maison Louis Roederer Collection 242 Brut", "Maison Deutz" or "Maison Louis Roederer Vintage 2014 Brut" - by dessert at the latest, you will be thrilled by the exclusivity of the individual varieties.
The brilliant menu convinces among others with a gilthead ceviche with tomato, avocado and radish, followed by prawn on lobster bisque with Jerusalem artichoke and cauliflower, a pink saddle of veal with lardo, peas and Camembert Espuma. A nougat crème brûlée with mango, Valrhona dulcey ganache and almond crumble leads the chocolaty end.
